Refunds & Returns
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery. Please note that all sale items are final and no returns will be accepted for those items.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The hair extensions must not have been worn, tampered with, or chemically altered in any way.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Due to the nature of our products, exchanges are not accepted.
How to Start a Return:

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at help@lefleurbylg.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.

Return Approval: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
